Grief is something that needs to be tended, not fixed.

It’s something to live with creatively, compassionately, and in your own way.

I’m Mindy, a grief therapist helping you build a life alongside loss.

We live in a culture that wants to solve pain.

Grief doesn't work that way.

Grief is an expression of love, not a problem to be solved. Instead, it asks to be witnessed, expressed, and slowly integrated into your life.

Ways to Work Together

What My Clients Say

  • "I Feel Much Lighter"

There is so much beauty in the love that still exists in grief, and I don't think that gets honored enough. After my experience in the group, when I think of grief, it is more of a constant companion than a dark cloud. That perspective shift has made me feel much lighter.

  • "A Thoughtful Approach"

Mindy had a thoughtful approach to a tough topic; she had a helpful answer for every question and provided excellent content for preparation, in-session, and follow up materials to help us navigate an emotional subject. This was a well-planned series that provided meaningful value and support throughout all 4 sessions! I feel lucky to have this important service available and will recommend it to others.

  • "A Safe Space"

I really enjoyed the experience. The group felt like a safe space where we could all help and support one another and grow together by the end of the 3rd session.

This class transforms my mood and mindset every single class. I close my computer each time with a renewed sense of connectedness with our community…. Sharing my reality through writing is cleansing in mind and spirit. I absolutely adore it.
